The Westgate Historic Resort provides guests with all the comforts of a full-furnished home, all within minutes of area attractions, such as Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. Accommodations range from cozy studios to spacious one-and-two bedroom villas with fully-equipped kitchens, queen sleeper sofas, separate living and dining areas, satellite TVs with DVD players, and full baths with jetted tubs. The beautifully appointed guestrooms feature several types of bedding arrangements, and in-room amenities include a microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, voice mail, and ironing board.
TripAdvisor Review: "We spent a week at Westgate and enjoyed the facility and the very friendly staff. Our room (studio) was clean and nicely decorated in keeping with colonial Williamsburg traditions. The kitchenette was well appointed for a studio -- microwave, adequate refrigerator, coffee maker and plenty of dishes and glassware for a comfortable stay.
Like many timeshare resorts, expect to be approached for the typical "90 minute" presentation. We did sit through it and I must say, it was not a high pressure experience.
For what it is, this is a nice, friendly place to stay while in Williamsburg."
